    1. Prep Your Skin: Apply one of our facial oils or cream to your clean, dry face for smooth movement.

    2. Neck: Start at the collarbone, gently scraping upward toward the jawline. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.

    3. Jawline & Chin: Glide the gua sha tool along the jawline from chin to ear. Repeat 3-5 times.

    4. Cheeks: Use the curved side to scrape from the chin up to the cheekbones, moving outward. Repeat 3-5 times.

    5. Under Eyes: Gently scrape from the inner to outer corners of the eyes to reduce puffiness.

    6. Forehead: Glide the tool upward from the center of your forehead to the hairline. Repeat 3-5 times.

    7. Finish: Gently press on temples and brow for relaxation.

    Tips: Use light to medium pressure. Clean the tool after each use.
