Gua Sha Ritual

1. Neck: Begin at the collarbone and gently glide the Gua Sha tool upward toward the jawline. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.

2. Jawline & Chin: Move the tool along the jawline from chin to ear. Repeat 3-5 times.

3. Cheeks: Glide the tool from the chin to the cheekbones, moving upward and outward. Repeat 3-5 times.
